What is Collaborative law?
Collaborative law is a process to resolve family and relationship matters arising on marriage/civil partnership/relationship breakdown without the
hostility which can arise.
The couple and their collaborative lawyers join in the process to try and find a solution which respects the needs of the parties without the involvement of the court.

T he City is unique in its demands, its range, and its industry. We understand the stresses and strains, the ebb and flow that the City brings to family life. We understand the rewards and also the disappointments. We are familiar with relatively short career spans and how these impact on life changes. We are used to working with sophisticated bonus’s and tax structures, we understand the value of pension schemes. We are familiar with the demands of school fees and the need to set sums aside for university. We know not everyone in the City is highly remunerated and that some great jobs have modest salaries. We appreciate that one exceptional year may not be repeated. We know city life is often hectic and home life may be chaotic. We work to fit in with your schedule. We know everyone is different and every case is judged on its particular merits. We consider ourselves to be experienced, businesslike and tempered in our advice, which we offer with professionalism, understanding and where needed some good old fashioned warmth. So if you wish to use collaborative lawyers who work in the City and understand City life, please refer to the list below.
